After booking, the property manager reached out to offer us a different property due to issues with our original booking, which we accepted. However, the new property had several significant problems: The washroom was not properly cleaned and was quite dirty. Additionally, the sink was not draining properly, which was inconvenient. The kitchen utensils appeared to be improperly cleaned, with noticeable oil residue on them. This made cooking less enjoyable and raised concerns about overall cleanliness.The refrigerator emitted a strong, unpleasant odor, making it unusable for storing food.Overall, these issues greatly impacted our stay, and the property did not meet our expectations.
