It's fully-furnished to sleep 12 people and can accommodate up to 2 dogs. There is a large playground with a jungle gym, basketball hoops & soccer field across the street from our home, so it's a lot easier to keep the kids occupied & supervised from the comfort of our front porch (with a beverage in hand, of course!). The Brigantine Links 18-hole golf course is less than a 5-minute drive from our home. We have a chair lift on the back porch for folks who have difficulty with stairs. The 1st floor bathroom has a wide entry with a walk-in shower complete with safety bars. A Farmers Market with fresh vegetables, fish and local vendors takes place from Memorial Day to Labor Day every Saturday across the street at the elementary school. WE DO NOT PROVIDE LINENS AND TOWELS. LINEN SERVICE AVAILABLE. It is a small Cape cod style house but makes really excellent use of space. Mattresses were extremely comfortable. The extra touches of not only a well stocked kitchen but extra pillows and blankets, extra table/floor fans in every room, tons of outdoor and beach stuff, new w&d and very accessible for someone who has trouble with steps or handicap. It is a 5-minute walk to beach . Outdoor space was large with a big patio table that seats about 12 with a grill (gas and propane)and a smaller table up on the deck plus a yard that is fenced in great for kids or pets and a small private deck off the upstairs master. You had to be careful about which cycle to use on the dishwasher. The lawn was mowed while trying to relax after arriving on Saturday. The grill was so in need of serious cleaning that I chose not to use it. I arrive on Saturday to a dishwasher that was never emptied. I asked the owner to schedule the delivery of the new stove for the day of my departure after 9:30am - a request ignored even though I did without an oven for a week. However, we did notice mold on the kitchen faucet and backsplash, which was concerning. The house is spacious and had everything we needed. While we were there offseason I think this would be a great place for the summer - lots of outdoor space. Truly loved that their home had everything we needed. Games, kitchen items, outdoor furniture, beach umbrella and chairs, grill and a large backyard for the dogs. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood right across the street from a school playground which was perfect for our 3 year old niece. Owners were very responsive to any questions we had.
