We call it the Octopus House! ! This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom retreat is fresh from a complete overhaul, showcasing a beautiful kitchen, bathroom, and living room. Sleeps 5 with a queen in the first bedroom and bunks (queen and twin) in the second. Enjoy the spacious deck with patio furniture at the front, and a cozy rear seating area with Adirondack chairs and BBQ, perfect for laid-back evenings after a day at the beach. Your coastal escape awaits! Living Room: Step into the welcoming living room of this just remodeled property, where comfort meets modern elegance. The spacious living area features hardwood floors throughout, tasteful decor, and ample seating, perfect for relaxing after a day of beaching. Sink into the plush sofa and unwind as you watch your favorite shows on the 60\` smart TV. The sofa also functions as a queen sized pullout bed, providing a sleeping space for 1-2\. DAMAGE WAIVER: This home is professionally managed by Host House, a Jersey Shore based vacation rental manger, ensuring you and your family are in for a great stay. When you stay at a Host House property, your automatically covered for up to $1,500 in accidental damage protection. The charge listed as “management fee” covers your purchase of $1,500 in “all risk” damage protection coverage for your reservation. This protection is in lieu of a cash damage/security deposit.
