SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: This unit has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. BEDROOM 1 - 1 Queen Bed with ensuite full bath BEDROOM 2- 1 Single Bed with a Single Trundle Bed BEDROOM 3- Full Bed with a Full Trundle Bed BEDROOM 4- Upstairs Loft Room with 1 Full Bed with a Trundle Bed and 1 Single Bed EXTERIOR: \-There is a shared yard with furniture, a grill and a fire pit. \-Shared with the upstairs unit. \-Please note that guests must provide their own firewood for the fire pit and propane for the grill. There was 7 of us including a 4 year old and it couldn’t have been better. Great location, close to a lot of restaurants and only a half mile to the boardwalk. Bagel shop is right next door for breakfast in the morning. Dunkin donuts was very close. Because we had little children McDonald's was very convenient that was close also. Miniature golf was at the end of the block. Close to walk downtown, close for walking to the boardwalk and Beach, maybe eight blocks very doable. All in all we would rent again. ##### Kathleen N.
