Spacious Two Bedroom Condo C

This condo is situated in a great section of Ocean City (Gold Coast area). Just 2 short blocks to the beach on 1600 Asbury Ave. Living room, two large bedrooms and kitchen area. Kitchen has a dishwasher and is fully stocked with all all the amenities also includes a Keurig coffee maker /blender/toaster. There are ac units in each room. Includes cable TV and wifi. All Bedrooms have new 39" flat screen tv's and a new large 55" 4K Smart TV in the living room along with 2 sofa beds for additional guest. The back deck consist of a dining area and BBQ grill. Off-street parking for 1 car. Washer/dryer in separate common area. This condo is in a 5 condo building 2 blocks from beach-Great for large families or extended families to rent multiple units to have your shared and personal space. This is a non-smoking building.Must be 21 years old to rent and we do not accept events or high school senior week rentals. Lines are the responsibility of the guest you can bring your own or rent from a local company.

Excellent place!!!

This place was perfect!! Not to close to the crowds but close enough to the beach and board walk. My family had an amazing stay the beds where comfortable. The ac units worked really well. The out side shower was a huge help on beach days. We will stay here again .

Great little place for a last minute beach getaway

Check in was super easy- great having the unit on the ground floor and just feet from the allocated parking spot! I would say that the parking spot (C) could be a tight fit if you have a big car- we had an F150 and the neighboring spot had an even larger truck - it is doable but tight. Sal gave us plenty of notice reminding us to bring our own bedding and towels etc and he always responded to texts almost immediately which was fantastic …we walked to everything and quite honestly, spent little time at the condo as it was a holiday weekend and there was a lot to do in town but great to have a simple, clean, dog friendly place to come back to. We would definitely like to return if we visit the area again!

Ocean City at its Best

This property was in a very good area. Very close to the beach and boardwalk, and a very nice walk into the Asbury Shopping District. The property was true to the pictures online. Very nice and very clean; no unpleasant surprises. Lots of closet space for storing your personal items and food. The rooms were all a nice size, and this property is dog friendly. Whenever I go on vacation, I never put my clothes in the drawers provided but I did at this property. I would rent this place again, but the needs of my family require another bath and bedroom. I thank the owner for making this annual trip to the Jersey Shore such a good experience.

Perfect family friendly location

We had a wonderful experience with our first ever beach overnight trip. It was our first time in Ocean City and the location of the property to the beach and boardwalk was just perfect. The property was very clean and the owner was very responsive.

Great dog friendly place near the beach!

Location and size were perfect for our needs- only a few blocks from the beach (and other family we were visiting) and all the rooms/kitchen had plenty of space. No linens, but that was in the listing so we knew that (and most places dont include them now). It was convenient to have a parking space. Kitchen had good amount of pots, pans, utencils, etc. The owner was very responsive, accomodating and even brought over a regular coffee pot since we dont use kcups. One minor thing is there are no towel hooks in the bathroom surprisingly....so we had to hang towels in the closet to dry. Otherwise, it was perfect for our needs and we enjoyed our stay!

Just what we needed! Excellent host!

Our small family of 3 + our small puppers enjoyed a week long stay at this listing. The host was incredibly responsive to any requests or questions and made the stay hassle free. We brought our linens and had a great stay.

Perfect Spot and Pet Friendly too!

This is the second year my family has rented at Sal's place. My parents rent another unit too! It's a great spot. Clean and Convenient! Close to beaches, shopping, boards but far enough from the congestion downtown! Sal is quick to respond and a great host!

Bare-bones, but good location

Pros: - Sal is very very fast with his responses. Easy check-in / check-out. - This location was perfect for us. A couple of blocks away from the boardwalk - so close enough to walk to everything, but far enough away from the noise to be really quiet at night. - Convenient parking, the outdoor shower is very helpful, and it was nice to have the private outdoor area. Cons: - Biggest drawback was that the unit didn't seem super clean when we arrived. My son was crawling on the floor and his hands and knees were covered in black after just a few minutes. We bought a Swiffer and cleaned the floor a few times and it was basically fine after that. We also cleaned out the AC units, window ledges and kitchen cabinets - most surfaces just didn't seem like they had been cleaned in a while. - There are some cracks in the ceiling and walls, and some small details like a rusting baseboard in the bathroom and window blinds that are a little broken. I agree with other reviews that the bathroom could use an update. - There are really no linens at all (no sheets, towels, kitchen towels, table cloths, rugs/mats, etc). We knew this and brought sheets, towels, kitchen towels - but if I stayed again I would bring a bathmat and doormat to wipe feet. Especially coming from the beach, it would be helpful to have a place to clean off your feet before stepping into the apartment. Also, the washer/dryer is coin-operated - it would have been helpful to know that in advance so we could bring quarters. The word 'bare-bones' just kept coming to mind for me. The unit is functional and has some of the main things you want in a vacation stay (location, easy access). Other family members on our trip had rented a larger/nicer place nearby and spent $700 less (they had booked a few months earlier than us, and through a local real estate agency) - so it felt frustrating to not enjoy our place as much and know that we paid more for it. I think if I go back to Ocean City I would book earlier and try to find something a little nicer.

Great for a quick getaway

We usually rent for the week in oc but wanted to have a quick getaway before school. The place was clean, well stocked, and owners answered questions quickly. It was in a great location, close to shops/boardwalk but not right in the middle of everything.
