Outside: Easy access, no stairs into the property; fully private front + side entrances; no shared outdoor spaces; end-unit w/ 1 designated off-street parking spot plus ample street parking. The location is amazing with an easy walk to the beach. The inside is larger than the pictures show. Beds are comfortable. There are no curtains on the bedroom windows so it is very bright in the mornings, so prepare for that if that’s something you’re not used. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. I have adult children so it really wasn’t an issue but the listing said 2 bathrooms so I assumed it was a full bathroom. I don’t rent through VRBO often so I didn’t really ask the questions either.
