You can see the incredible ocean views & enjoy your morning coffee with views of the sunrise or ocean from the exquisite balconies! →1 block from Beach & Boardwalk →Ocean Views from balcony → Outside Shower → Fully equipped renovated kitchen + new appliances! →Plenty of parking Unit 2 (1st & 2nd floors) 1st FLOOR → You will walk up 1 flight of stairs (from ground level) to get to the Main entrance to the home. → Large front Patio w/ seating to enjoy fresh air & breeze from the Ocean. → Spacious living room welcomes you. OUTDOOR SHOWER We have an enclosed outdoor shower. INFANTS/ KIDS We welcome children of all ages. Guests will need to supply their own child supplies (i.e. high chair, pack n play), and the home is not child proofed. Noise level: We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property. If more than the number of booked occupants are detected by neighbors or outside cameras, the stay will be immediately terminated and no refund will be issued. No cameras inside. □ Absolutely NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY PREMISE. No smoking inside or outside the property -$250 fine if detected. □ No more than the number of people booked ON PREMISE at any time: $200 fine per person detected. □ If anyone under 18 is in the group, primary renter must be 25+ to book the reservation & must be on premises at all times. □ Please remove shoes when entering the home. □ Quiet hours from 9pm to 8am (50 decibels). □ Primary renter must have a valid government ID & phone number on file. □ Unfortunately we do not allow late checkout (unless otherwise agreed & confirmed with owner) to respect our cleaners schedules. A fine of 50% of the upcoming night's stay will be imposed for a late checkout between 30 minutes and 2 hours past checkout time. Any checkout beyond 2 hours late will be charged at 2x the upcoming night's stay. □ We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. We used the entire house; three floors. This house provided the perfect place for us. There were plenty of bedrooms for privacy; and every floor has a bathroom-no one had to wait their turn and yet we could still all meet in the dining room to share a meal together. The view from the upper floors is fantastic and the location is great, within walking distance to the ocean and stores and an ice cream shop nearby. Everyone had a great time! ##### Theresa G. The house was probably the cleanest house I have ever stayed in. It was very early in the season and whether that had something to do with it, I can't say. We had a chance to meet the property owner who was a great guy. This is huge house with two separate apartments which can be a bonus when you are having guests. Everyone has there own full space. The furniture was comfortable In the upstairs apartment. But, the downstairs living area needs different seating. The couch was uncomfortable. All the mattresses were very comfortable. Outside, there are three decks two of which are very spacious. You can easily see the beach without problem. There was an abundance of good outdoor furniture to enjoy. One must realize, though, the house is on the corner of Atlantic Avenue with its traffic. So one must contend with that from time to time. This is not a good house for people who can't climb steps. There are many steps just to get to the front door let alone the steps to get up to the second and third floors. So, if you want a house on beach block with many pluses and a very few minuses this is the place. ##### ALEXANDRA P. We needed a location that could comfortably accommodate several families for the annual Futsal regional tournament. This place was beyond perfect. The players had there own rooms to hang out in and the parents had theirs. The players were able to eat meals together and the kitchens had everything we needed to cook.
