The duplex was clean and well equipped but it was not clear that it was adjacent to a travel agency on one side and a multi unit apartment building on the opposite side. It worked out fine but I expected to be on a residential street with single family homes. The travel agency had bright lights in the alley set to on all evening - the bedrooms are all on the alley side.
