The condo was very spacious and homey. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything you could think of for cooking, eating, and drinking. They even had kids dishes and cups, as well as a small eating chair with straps that our 6 month old grandson used instead of his parents having to pack up and bring a highchair. The rest of the condo is well furnished all throughout, and very comfortable ... even with all these adults and kids in the same area, we never felt cramped. It also has 2 long decks that look out over the pool and out to the ocean, which were very nice and got used a lot. The condo also included 2 beach wagons, which we definitely needed. Also included were a large number of beach towels, more than enough for all of us. The owner, Brian, was very friendly and responsive at all points of the process ... answering questions about the place even before I booked it, and then as the check-in date got closer, and then all throughout our stay; almost always responding to questions within an hour. We all really enjoyed our stay at Brian's condo, and after only about 3 days into the week my family members were already asking if we could rent it again next year :). I’ve visited and stayed with a dear friend in Brig for many years but this was our first time on the Southend. The condo is very comfortable—nicely decorated with great views of the beach from the decks on both levels. Convenient to the supermarket and to dining.
