Adorable 2 bdrm cottage pet friendly with front porch & one block from beach.

This cozy corner lot features a two bedroom cottage with a short walk to the beach (one block). It includes an outside shower. It also has a very nice covered front porch to relax with your morning coffee and to enjoy the beautiful sunrise. Brand new central air conditioner to keep you nice and cool on those hot summer days. A short walk to the bay with a kayak launch and a short drive to Atlantic City. 4 Beach tags included for the week.

Cutest beach cottage!
We enjoyed our stay at this adorable beach cottage! The location is perfect-close to the beach, Wawa, and shopping. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. We really enjoyed our mornings on the porch. Chris was a great host and always responded promptly to my questions prior to our stay. Thank you so much! Hope to be back next year.

Perfect Beach Vacation!!!!
My family and I have been vacationing at Brigantine for many years this summer cottage is the perfect definition of a amazing Beach vacation! The home is so inviting from the moment you open the door it was so clean and the cottage provided you with exactly what you wanted and needed! Waking up in the morning and having my coffee on the porch while feeling the ocean breeze was something that I will always cherish and the walk to the beach each day was so close we didn't need to wear shoes!!! This home was exactly what my family and I needed and we will definitely be staying again!!!

Very accommodating
I did not actually get to stay at this charming cottage, because the Canadian wildfire smoke had descended upon the area the day that I drove to it. I had no idea before I headed out that the air would be so unhealthy. I got as far i as Philadelphia and then turned the car around and headed home. I called Chris, a couple of times over the course of the next few days, as the air was not clearing up during the time I was supposed to stay there. Chris very generously allowed me to change dates so that I will get to stay in this beautiful little cottage in September instead. I am so grateful for his generosity and flexibility in dealing with this unexpected climate event in a way that allowed me to still have a vacation to look forward to. Thank you, Chris! I can't wait to come stay at your beautiful cottage in a few months! Many, many thanks for being such an accommodating and customer-friendly host!

Awesome Weekend!
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cozy and smartly appointed ocean cottage. Description was spot on and the neighborhood couldn’t have been nicer. Friendly people and excellent location to the beach. Most things within walking distance. The host was prompt with responses to inquiries and very easy to communicate with. Comfortable furnishings and super welcoming front porch area to enjoy relaxation. Highly recommend!

Cute cottage just a short walk to the beach!
Our stay at this cute cottage was perfect! It said a 3 minute walk to the beach but it was much closer than that! The house was clean and the porch was perfect. I will definitely be booking again in the future.
