Originally built with classic details, this spacious home was thoughtfully updated in 2020, blending its old-world charm with modern amenities. Centrally located in the heart of Atlantic City, you’re just a couple of blocks away from the beach, boardwalk, and all the major casinos. Ideal for family gatherings or getaways with friends. The space Step into a piece of history with this charming, four-floor, 8-bedroom home, originally built in the 1920s. This spacious and elegantly preserved house perfectly blends old-world charm with modern comforts, making it an ideal choice for your Atlantic City getaway. As you enter the first floor, you’ll be greeted by a living room featuring a Victorian-style wooden staircase that adds to the home’s classic appeal. The living room flows seamlessly into a formal dining room and a fully equipped, kitchen, perfect for hosting memorable meals. A convenient half-bathroom is also located on this floor. On the second floor, you’ll find three beautifully appointed bedrooms. The largest bedroom features two queen-size beds and a TV, offering a cozy retreat. However, we ran into several issues that significantly impacted our stay. The two basement rooms had a persistent musty odor—even though a dehumidifier was provided, it didn’t alleviate the smell. Unfortunately, our pajamas absorbed the odor after just one night. Additionally, the AC units in all rooms—both upstairs and in the basement—were extremely loud, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep.More concerning, the ceiling on the first floor started leaking water from the second-floor shower the day before checkout. I’ve uploaded photos to document the issue, but since the photos don’t fully capture the water movement, I also recorded a video. Beds were very comfortable and working air conditioning in every room. Very good washing machine and dryer, could have used more laundry detergent had to purchase. Large dining area for our group of 13 was a plus. Very close walk to the beach. Very nice neighbor next door. Would have been an excellent review but the surrounding area felt unsafe, we would not let our 17 and 20 year olds walk alone( homeless in the immediate area). There is street parking but usually taken by local residents. We parked in the casino garage for 25\. Checkout was at 10 and cleaning crew arrived by 9:55, they were very pleasant! ##### Louis Séjour de 3 nuits en juillet 2025 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Tara S. 17 sept. 2024 Points forts : Propreté #### Great location and accommodations for a weekend at the beach & casinos My fiancé and I & 12 of our friends all stayed here comfortably for our combined bachelor/bachelorette weekend. The interior of the house is nicely updated, and the house was clean & tidy when we arrived. Check-in was easy and straightforward, and we were able to park in the house's garage (I would not plan to use the garage unless you drive a sedan; a larger vehicle likely would not fit). The rest of our group parked in the lot immediately next door to the property; it cost about $30/car to park Fri-Sun in mid September. The hosts were super communicative and friendly throughout our stay, and we were able to reserve some extra beach chairs and umbrellas for our stay. We also used the property's charcoal grill which was great. One minor note on the property - the bedroom listed with a sofa bed does not have a door and is less of a true separate bedroom and more of a living room on the end of a hallway. There is a room divider included for some privacy however. I would recommend looking into the location if you are less accustomed to urban areas - there are some boarded up buildings nearby and general surroundings that might make some folks feel less comfortable, but we had absolutely no problems. The location was perfect for us - we never had to take an Uber and easily walked to the beach and the Tropicana. We even walked on the boardwalk to Caesars which was still a reasonable 10-15 min walk. All in all we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place! ##### Tara S.
