If you like vintage charm, this is the house for you! ￫ A 3 story home with 6 BR's, 3 full bathrooms, Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen & huge front porch. ￫ One block &1/2 from the beach! ￫ Enjoy sea breezes; plenty of games & books available. ￫ Not a modern glam style home, but sweet & old-fashioned, clean & comfy so you can relax and spend time together. This main house unit located on a quiet street, 1.5 blocks from the beach. It is part of a Duplex home, with 3 floors boasting with space for your family! • Spacious living room area + Kitchen + Dining Area • Bedroom 1: King bed • Bedroom 2: Queen bed • Bedroom 3: Queen bed • Bedroom 4: Queen bed • Bedroom 5: 3 single beds • Bedroom 6: 3 single beds • 3 Full bathrooms • Kids playroom with books & games • Washer & dryer in unit • 3rd floor with balcony and chairs • Front patio has outdoor seating & table to enjoy an early morning coffee, or dinner outside with your family. OUTDOOR • Outdoor shower- Please make sure to wash off any sand before entering the house. • Shared grill with the Ground floor unit. Main House, front patio porch, parking space on street in front of garage, outdoor shower on right side of home (under steps), and 3rd floor balcony are included in this rental. Please remember that there are guests in the Ground floor unit. I am here for you during your stay, or I can be invisible. It's up to you. If needed, I'm only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. Please let us know if something is missing or needed at check-in. We can't fix the issue if we do not know about it. =) North Beach, Ventnor City is close to Atlantic City's exciting entertainment, casinos, nightlife, shopping and transportation. Our community contains many wonderful restaurants, retail establishments, professionals and service companies. Conveniently located at the North Beach end of Ventnor City, you can easily walk to many places. Located 1 block and half from the beach, access to Atlantic and Ventnor Aves where you can find Jitney stops to take you to other shore points. STAIRS You will have to climb 1 flight of stairs to get to the front door of the home. Once inside, there are 2 more flights of stairs. 4 Bedrooms on 2nd floor and 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor. TRASH Trash day is Monday. 2 trash bins are kept on the left side of the home (when facing the house). If you are staying over Sunday night, we would really appreciate it if you could help us out by bringing the trash bins to the curb Sunday night, or early Monday morning. PARKING Unit 2: You can park right out front on the street in front of the driveway, even though it is labeled 'NO PARKING.' We have also included 1 parking pass; you can put them on your car dashboard during your stay and park on the street. Please be mindful and obey all street signs. We are not responsible for any parking tickets and or violations. \*\*PLEASE REMEMBER TO RETURN PARKING PASSES BEFORE YOU LEAVE-A $200 PER PASS FEE WILL BE CHARGED IN ADDITION IF TAKEN. \*\* TV We have a Smart TV in our living room area. We DO NOT have cable. You will be able to log into applications like Netflix, Hulu, etc...with your own credentials. BEACH BADGES We provide 5 beach badges during the Summer season- Memorial day weekend through Labor day weekend. If beach badges are lost or not returned, there will be a fee of $75 per beach tag. Additional beach badges can be purchased at Ventnor City Hall or on the beach by any Beach Badge Inspector. Beach badges are required for all individuals 12 and older. BEACH SUPPLIES During the Summer season (Memorial day weekend - Labor day weekend, we also provide some beach chairs, kid beach toys, and umbrella. This is a first come, first serve basis with the Main House unit. OUTDOOR SHOWER Outdoor shower for this unit is on the RIGHT of the house, behind main house stairs. Noise level: We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property. If more than the number of booked occupants are detected by neighbors or outside cameras, the stay will be immediately terminated and no refund will be issued. No cameras inside. Welcome book is located in the unit with helpful tips, useful information, and suggestions to help make your stay at the Jersey Shore pleasant! \- QUIET HOURS 10pm-8am; This is not a party house. \-We welcome children, but the house isn't childproofed so you need to use your judgement. We also do not provide any infant/toddler supplies. You will have to bring your own. \-Primary renter must have a valid, government ID on file. \- If there is any guest 18 yrs old or younger, the primary renter must be 25 years or older. \- Please make sure to keep the place as tidy as possible during your stay. Additional cleaning fees will be charged up to $300 for extremely messy checkouts. \-Late check out is absolutely prohibited unless agreed to prior to arrival. Any late check out of more than 15 minutes will be charged $100 for every 15 minutes starting at 10:15, up until check in time (4pm). We have cleaning crews scheduled to come in precisely at checkout to adhere to normal cleaning and extra Covid precautions. \- We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Plenty of space for our group, loved the front porch (though a barking dog from a neighbor house was distracting at times), and a very easy stroll to the beach. The house was perfectly clean. Not modern, we agreed with the description, but the house itself is well maintained. Easy street parking with two parking permits, beach tags, great location, beach wagons available for use. It was also really nice that beach badges were provided and beach supplies. However, visitors should just be prepared that the house is old and could use some upgrades. There were a few things that broke while we were there that took some back and forth to fix in the midst of our trip but we appreciated the owner and rental company were quickly responsive and addressed them. We had a great vacation at this property. The owners were welcoming, communication was clear, the property was very clean and the rooms and bed are very cozy. The only issue was that, the property accommodates 14 people, but only allows for 2 car parking. Therefore the third car must be parked elsewhere due to parking permits. The property manager texted me the code to the lock box shortly after. While the house is old, it is nice. Not the ideal place for meetings, as the age of the house and lack of 3 prong outlets made it challenging. The main TV would not work and there were little supplies. The oven didn't work. There was enough TP but no dish soap and 1/4 roll of paper towels. We had to go buy these items. The worst part was we had 3 cars and apparently on Tuesday you cannot park on the street. We all received $21 parking tickets. There were no visible signs and noting was mentioned in wither the listing or welcome book. The owners would not reimburse us. Séjour de 3 nuits en mars 2024 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Megan S. 2 oct. 2023 Points forts : Propreté #### Fall Getaway We were a little nervous to head down the shore in the off-season but our stay could not have been more comfortable and enjoyable at Gammy’s. The bedrooms, kitchen, dining area, bathrooms, and living areas were perfect for our group. Even with the rain, we had plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy our time. The location were a short distance from the bars and restaurants we planned to go to. The house was spotless at arrival. We had everything we needed. Once the sun came out, we enjoyed the spacious porch. I would highly recommend staying at Gammy’s house! ##### Megan S.
