Please monitor noise levels. \- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM. \- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host. \- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls. \- No Candles, wax or open flames. \- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. \- Do not put anything down the drain. The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay. We are not responsible for any loss of items or valuables during your stay or items left behind. Please thoroughly check the property to ensure you have all your personal belongings before check out.
