The location was three blocks from a lovely, quiet beach with a well-groomed path over the dunes. The neighborhood was friendly and comfortably walkable, but an easy drive to grocery, the boardwalk and downtown OC. The beds and showers were terrific and the sleeping area was satisfactorily remote from the common areas to accommodate naps without impeding adult socialization. Nearby Kessels was a daily stop. Communication with the property manager was appropriate and prompt. We will visit the area again next year, and, should our group be the same, would happily stay in this house again! ##### s P.
