CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT \- Check-in: After 3:30 PM \- Check-out: Before 10:00 AM (Late check-outs will be charged an additional night’s rent.) \- Early check-in may be available for a $50 fee (arranged in advance). Very clean and paper supplies, soaps and other amenities were available. The beach was lovely and uncrowded in early October. The weather was perfect for us - 80+ degrees all week! Our condo was on the third floor and there is no elevator \~ not a problem for us, but just a heads up. Would stay again. ##### Teri P. Surfside Realty cancelled just before arrival with no reason given. The Host refused to communicate and did not cancel the VRBO which showed as completed. Be aware of this problem if you do rent from this agent. Communication did not occur. Wrong confirmations were sent. Had to find accommodations at late notice despite the Host given full payment.. ##### Jilayne S.
