Can’t say enough good things about this condo. First, the communication with Matt is spot on. He always answers any questions that you have very quickly. If there is anything you need while at the condo he is responsive to that as well. Next, the condo is very well equi with everything you need in the kitchen, baths and bedroom. Very nice hot water, and comfortable beds. The 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths make this a perfect condo for family and/or friends. Then of course, location, location, location. Right on the beach.The only bad thing we experienced while we were there was having to leave to go home! Can’t wait until our next trip. ##### Robin V. The views of the ocean from the living room and bedroom balconies are beautiful and relaxing. The bed was much better than in most rental units. The wide, clean beach was accessible by several private boardwalks. There is a clean, salt water pool just outside the unit. Our stay here was just the relaxing getaway we had hoped. The ice maker didn't work at all. We had to go out immediately to buy ice, trash bags, toilet paper and soap. Those are basic items you would expect to be provided.
