The only issue we had was the residents in the other rooms were less than friendly, this isn't anything the room owner could help. I'm assuming they have had a bad experience with other visitors. Also the guy that checks parking passes was extremely rude. Again I don't believe the renter was at fault for the way the people that live in other rooms acted. The room was clean and the renter responded promptly when I asked questions. The room was fine,the pool was nice just steer clear of the grumpy residents. ##### taylor m. We stayed here just for one night while we visited friends and it met all our needs. Neighbors were quiet and we were all able to get a good night's sleep. The only slightly misleading thing was the beach access: I thought it was adjacent to the property, but it's actually across the road--there is a crossing with lights, however. We did not use the pool but it looked very inviting with lots of chairs and shade. The room in the words of my 5 year old granddaughter was adorable. It was perfect for the 3 of us. We loved only having a short walk to the beach and then we would rinse off and enjoy time in the pool. Everything was awesome.
