This adorable side-by-side Cabbagetown duplex is bifurcated down the center line and has reflective his / her one bedroom apartments: Whiskey Neat & Violet Fizz. There is a dedicated patio entry that opens into the living dining area.  
  
The Space:

Enter in off your exclusive half of the front porch patio area (seating for two!) into a bright and welcoming living space! Enjoy the triple seater citron yellow velvet sofa situated directly across from the 55 inch smart TV. An additional armchair and side tables present perfect lounging with a centralized stone top coffee table. The kitchen island adjoins the living room in this open space plan and features island dining with counter height stool seating for four people.   
  
The kitchen features a slide in gas range and retro style fridge as well as a stainless steel dishwasher, microwave in the island and copper metal accented faucet. The entire wall has been clad in sparkling fish scale tile and floating shelves With two pendant spotlights above the island. Throughout entire space runs vibrant, floral wallpaper that is a fun backdrop for social! A pantry closet can be found just off the kitchen in the hallway as well as entry to the bathroom that conjoins to the master bedroom.   
  
Also off the hallway area is a full office space! A custom sliding barn door provides privacy and writing desk and desk chair make for comfortable work-from-home days. The adjacent window provides great light for your zoom calls and high speed internet keeps everything whizzing :)

Our bread and butter is providing medium-term housing for productions filming in and around Atlanta. We manage properties around the city but primarily on the east side of Atlanta, from Virginia-Highland down to Grant Park. Our specialty is Inman Park, where we love to live, work, and play! Our neighborhoods are all unique in their architectural styles and cultural offerings, but their geographic convenience, walkability, and safety are standard and guaranteed to please.

\* Cancellations: Cancellation policy will apply minus any credit card processing fees.  
\* ID Verification: Required for all guests; secure third-party vetting with encryption and GDPR compliance. Security deposits may apply.

The Neighborhood:  
Historic Reynoldstown is a friendly, walkable neighborhood featuring a portion of Atlanta's famous BeltLine hike and bike trail. Architectural styles range from 1920s shotgun houses and bungalows to ultramodern abodes and lofts, and beloved independent coffee shops and eateries dot the area. Two new developments on the south side, the Atlanta Dairies and Madison Yards, provide handy amenities like a grocery store, movie theater, music venue, breweries, restaurants, and more.  
  
Getting Around:  
The Inman Park/Reynoldstown MARTA Station is on the Blue and Green Line. There are surface parking lots on the Inman Park and Reynoldstown sides of the station with 366 free daily spaces. No overnight parking. Inman Park has multiple Zip cars as well as MARTA bus connections.
