I think the only entry needs a peephole. Owner ignored my inquiry about iron where he responded up to then and after with exit instructions. I didn't know the entrance was in the back down some stairs. Unfortunate I recently had knee surgery so it was a little tricky. The house was nice and clean. The only issue was the ice maker not working and we had to keep going to the store to get ice cups.
