Had to reach out for address and code that day. When we arrived at house, it was very warm (not to mention major heat wave). We turned air down and went to see family. Return later that night and house was still warm and humid. Couldn’t get it to drop down past 75\*. Contacted Gisele & told issue. Said she tried to contact someone to come out but no one would and that she would bring us fans. They brought us 3 box fans and 1 table fan. That is the LAST contact I had with her. I was NOT contacted again to see how the house was or if we needed additional fans. No one ever came out to fix the air. The fans that were provided didn’t give much relief. The house itself was laid out well for a large family traveling. Plenty of space. Kitchen had all we needed to cook. The house does need an update, as it’s old. The kitchen sink leaked and there is a whole in the floor by the dishwasher. The one bathroom had no outlets in it. I reached out 3x asking for a partial refund due to no air and lack of doing anything-NO reply! Contacted VRBO and they reached out to her-still nothing!!
