We were working downtown so the location was perfect. The train was not a bother at all, rather it was somewhat of a comfort. The only complaint is the shower curtain in the downstairs bath. It was very spacious with a large private rooftop & balcony included. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils, appliances and other essentials needed for a comfortable stay. My only complaint is that it is located right next to train tracks. There were active trains all day and even throughout the night.
