I was blown away by the pictures, which is what led me to select this space to stay. I struggled getting WiFi upon my arrival and Carrie must’ve known because she sent me the check in code. The home is more vertical than the pictures depict, but that did not take away from the fact that 14 of my family members were able to stay there with no issues in regard to space. The neighborhood doesn’t appear to be safe based on the other homes on the block, but we had no safety concerns once we were there. The location was idea from every family reunion event we had to attend. The only amenity this place is missing is a swimming pool! I would definitely book again.

This place is awesome. Lots of room for everyone indoors and out. Convenient to all sorts of places (silver skillet, Atlantic station, etc) - and anywhere downtown. If we need a place in Atlanta we will be back here 100%

GT graduation stay

While this is an interesting home in a reasonable location for the purposes of our stay our overall review is mediocre at best. We had been in communication with the manager multiple times prior to our stay and yet simple things were overlooked. Check in was at 4 pm yet we did not receive any information about check in until after 4 pm the day of arrival. Upon arrival the only correspondence was the WiFi code; no information about arrival or departure instructions or any information on the house at all. We had asked about hot tub prior to anrrival and yet we had to find and turn on the breaker and then it was in lock mode in German. When someone came to look at it was too late to use and we had no opportunity the rest of the weekend. The sleeper sofas did not have bedding on them so we had to call to get sheets brought over. The quality was also poor for sleeping so our guest used the memory foam mattresses in the closets in the downstairs. There were no sheets for these mattresses in the house. So we called and asked for sheets for these full size mattresses. When brought to the house they gave us new sheets:unwashed and the wrong size, twin. My 85 year old mother cut her foot on a piece of broken glass in the downstairs bedroom on the floor. Some of the tvs did not work; the main tv had batteries putting backwards and they also were dead. We had to call for batteries for the main floor tv. iinformation until after 4 pm the day of arrival.

Excellent Location

We need a close location to a wedding venue for my daughters wedding with 5 bedrooms and space for bridesmaids to get makeup and hair the day of the wedding and this was perfect. Had an issue with a couple of items that the host quickly resolved wedding

Family Weekend

Excellent experience. House was immaculately clean on check in, better than any other short term rental I’ve seen. Also it was amazing to have 5 bedrooms, each with king beds and private baths. Check in was smooth. No issues. Only note for future guests- the patterned floors were a bit difficult to adjust to. The first day everyone had to watch the floor as they walked because the dark spots would make you feel like you were stepping in a hole. Other than that, please was great.

Huge Home

This was a huge home. If you rent prepare to climb stairs. The place was amazing and accommodating to all our guest. I would definitely recommend staying here when in Atlanta. Walking distance to the shopping mall. The owner was amazing and fast to respond to request.

Everything as advertised

Pictures represent this house very well. Everything was as you would expect. Host was very responsive, house was clean, plenty of plates and glasses, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Really great time!

Everything was lovely and comfortable. Really good communication and so convenient. We were close to everything and could cheaply Uber to just about everywhere we wanted. Hot tub was ccomfortable and nice. House was very clean and my comfortable as well. Would absolutely recommend.

Absolutely beautiful!

My family and I LOVED this house! Beautifully decorated, spacious and clean. The patio with jacuzzi, 2 balconies plus the roof top is a vibe. Grateful of the host allowing us to check-in a little early due to an early flight. Carrie was very pleasant and helpful. I will recommend this home to everyone looking to stay in Midtown.

Everything was great

We stayed here 4 nights for a business trip. Plenty of space for the four of us. The hot tub and rooftop patio / fireplace were great perks after long work days. Walking distance to the Silver Skillet for breakfast (AWESOME!) and very close to the out door mall on 17th street. The best part of the trip was the responsiveness of the hosts. Will definitely re-book the next time we go to ATL.

Super Home!

We had an excellent stay in this VRBO property. The house is very comfortable, modern and clean. The layout of the house was very accommodating for our group of friends. The great room with kitchen, dining and living room was an excellent space to hang out. We loved the rooftop deck. It is surrounded by mature trees and provided shade with a nice breeze. The host was very accommodating with prompt communication. I highly recommend this home.
