A short 5 drive to nightlife and restaurants in Virginia Highlands The space Entire modern, luxury home built in 2021\. Enjoy a fully furnished space including office and rooftop terrace. This is a 3-story, 4 BR, 3.5 BA, house with one of the bedrooms converted into a dedicated office. Natural light floods the home. Or use the room darkening shades to enjoy complete privacy. Beds: there is 1 king bed, 2 queen bed, 1 sleeper sofa, 1 sofa. You'll have a private, 2 car garage with electric car charging available. There are 2 outdoor terraces with a small private backyard.
