The Space:
Located on the 22nd floor of the Historic Peachtree Towers, get ready for amazing Skyline Views from the exclusive balcony! This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo boasts a super comfy King Bed with plush linen, spacious living room with a Murphy Bed, and a pull out Sofa Bed. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen, resort style bathroom and the most exclusive relaxing patio with no other patios in sight!

Guest Access:
You have access to the entire condo! Laundry Room is located on the basement floor of the building.

In the Heart of Downtown Atlanta! Close to EVERYTHING!

Getting Around:
Surface parking lot right next to the building. Cover parking garage right behind the building. Both requirement payment. Street Parking available as well.

Uber and other rideshare is less than 3 minutes away with great pricing!

Other Things to Note:
This unit is a traditional boiler/cooler system that is used throughout the building. There is a unit in each room. Fan speed can be controlled by switching the knobs on the unit. The building switches the AC to Heat and Heat to AC at the appropriated times during each season.

Great Spot Close to Everything

Out location was perfect. It was very close to the all important attractions. Theres a corner bakery across the street with delicious breakfast. The apartment was very nice and cold. It has everything we needed for a quick 48 hour stay. It accomodated 4 adults perfectly. Thanks for tbe hospitality!

Weekend getaway

The condo was clean, cozy, comfortable we loved the balcony, the view was gorgeous. The parking was $32 every 24 hours, which was very expensive to us. The location is nice for being near everything, the neighborhood has a lot going on.

Condo close to Americas Mart

This Condo has a great view of downtown. The Apartment was perfect for my husband and I as we were working at the Atlanta's Mart Gift Show. We could walk back and forth. It was a very short walk. We were able to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner if we wanted. There were plenty of restaurants near by.

Nice little apartment

Both the building and the apartment were clean. The building is very secure. I like the concierge at the front desk! The beds were comfortable; clean bathroom. We needed an apartment within walking distance to both the GWCC and the Mariot Marquis Hotel. This was the perfect location, but the neighborhood outside, specifically directly on this street corner, was completely occupied with homeless, making you feel very uneasy when entering and leaving the building.

House keeper

I was very impress with the decor and out look of the place. It looked very nice. And the balcony at night was amazing. But then the down fall. My BIGGEST PET PEE is hair. It grosses me COMPLETELY OUT. So I go into the bathroom. And hair in the sick. Then the towel that lays in front of the shower I started to lay it out and hair in it. And hair around the outside of the shower. Then I decided to check the bed once I pulled the comforter back I seen something laying under the flat sheet. I pulled it down and there was hair.. after that I wanted to leave. But at such a short notice there was no where to go. I didn’t sleep good. I slept with all my clothes on. Thank goodness I had my pillow and blanket. But with me still having to lay on the sheets I was nervous so I slept with all my clothes on and rap my hair up. Yes maybe I was over reacting. But I don’t blame the owners that’s the house keepers doings. The place it self and the location and the view was all very amazing. The Host was very understanding and helped me out on my needs.

Great Spot, weird beds...

The apartment was nice, modern and had a great view. When we rented it, on the listing it included a sofa couch and clearly stated the space slept 4 people. When we got ready to bed down the first night, we realized there was only enough extra bedding for the twin bed (also listed) and nothing for the couch. When we asked for extra bedding we were told the couch was not supposed to be a sleeping option and that some owners list a king bed as being able to accommodate 3 people?!?! hahaha...unfortunately that is exactly what we had to do night one (mom in bed with two kids!) which was not very comfortable. Someone did drop off an extra blanket day two but no sheets....and the listing was changed to not include the couch but still says "sleeps 4" so just be aware:) Only other comments would be about the general scarcity of the place...we went to bake a pizza first night and realized there was absolutely nothing that could go in the oven. there are several pots and pans and general utensils. The balcony was the best part but could definitely use a facelift/some more inviting furniture. Grateful for the extra blanket and overall enjoyed the apartment a lot
