Minty Living thought of everything we could possibly need. There were elegant, thoughtful touches throughout the property: towel warmer, bidet/washlet, hot tub (extra cost), firepit (didn't use). The kitchen is fully equipped with large and small kitchen appliances, pots, pans, bakeware, measuring cups, spoons. The home is so spacious, the 7 of us never felt crowded. The bedrooms are good sizes with sufficient closet space, TVs, and ceiling fans. The 3 full bathrooms were clean and well-equipped with high-end bath supplies and fluffy towels. The family room on the lower level was great place to relax and stream a show. Both the front-load washer and dryer were fully-functional, clean, and odor/mildew-free. The 5-person hot tub was clean and well-maintained. There is a park with well-maintained playground equipment and ample green space a 1/2 block from the house which helped our Littles get their sillies out. Lots of young families were out walking kids and pets every day. I felt very safe, even the nights I was alone in the house. From making the reservation through check out, the Minty Living staff was very responsive to questions and requests and proactive with information. The staff I interacted with via text, call, or in-person throughout our holiday week stay were friendly and happy to help. I would love to stay there again or in any of their properties.
