This brand new home in hip and happening East Atlanta has everything you could need for a wonderful stay: a full kitchen, gleaming bathroom with walk-in shower, king size bedroom, and spacious open-concept living and dining area. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee outside on the serene backyard patio then sidle up to the kitchen counter to get your WFH on. With windows in each space, this terrace-level unit feels light and bright, and you'll love its location as much as its chic, modern design.

Please note that this is a terrace-level one-bedroom unit below a separate four-bedroom unit (“Aquarius Rising”). There is a shared vestibule between the two units for the upstairs guests to access the garage only. If you’d like to rent both spaces, please let us know!

Our bread and butter is providing medium-term housing for productions filming in and around Atlanta. Whether you're a PA or an A-lister, we believe everyone deserves a lovely place to call home after a hard day (or night) at work. Our chic and well-appointed pads make us the preferred vendor of choice for studios like Apple and Disney.  
  
We manage properties around the city but primarily on the east side of Atlanta, from Virginia-Highland down to Grant Park. Our specialty is Inman Park, where we love to live, work, and play! Our neighborhoods are all unique in their architectural styles and cultural offerings, but their geographic convenience, walkability, and safety are standard and guaranteed to please.

You can access your space 24/7 via our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. Please note that for your security all of our properties have Ring video doorbell cameras.

The Neighborhood:  
Eclectic and inclusive East Atlanta is as action-packed as it gets. With a scene for everyone from music lovers to foodies and sports fans, this unique locale is anything but sleepy. Coffee shops and boutiques mix and mingle with live music venues, pubs, rollicking bars, and diverse eateries. Even more food options abound at the East Atlanta Village (EAV) Farmers Market, which pops up in the center of the neighborhood on Thursdays from April to November. Come see all that "Atlanta’s hippest hood" has to offer!  
  
Getting Around:  
With East Atlanta Village only half a mile away, there's so much to explore from this fabulous location. AM favorites include Joe's Coffeehouse, Emerald City Bagels, and Bellwood Coffee. There's not a type of cuisine you won't find for lunch and dinner, such as American at Argosy, Mexican at Holy Taco, and Korean at Gaja. Soccer hooligans flock to the Midway Pub for a pint or two, and night owls frequent 529 Bar and the Earl for killer live music. Equidistant from the home to the west, you'll find Hodgepodge Coffeehouse as well as Pollo Primo, where the line is always worth the wait. EAV is the place to be!

#### Great except for the upstairs neighbors

Lovely property, very close to who we were visiting. Lots of restaurants and grocery options in the general area. The unit we stayed in was a basement apartment, lovely, clean, all the ameneties you could want for a home away from home. The first night no one stayed in the upstairs unit so it was nice and quiet. The 2nd and 3rd nights were another story. There is zero soundproofing between the floors and every cough, sneeze, and step we heard clearly downstairs. The floors upstairs must be hardwood because the people with shoes on were so loud that even with foam ear plugs we couldn't get any sleep. Every time a kitchen chair was drug out to sit on it sounded like it was in the same room as us. Unfortunately the renters stayed up until well past 2am, and were back up at 6am. It was really awful. I did mention it to the peoperty management company but there wasn't a lot that they could do. Very frustrating and it changed the whole tone of our visit because we were so tired. If no one is staying above you I highly recommend, but if there are renters in the upstairs unit it's a hard NO.
