Clean, great staff, very accommodating and fresh towels. Full kitchen. No cigarette smells in the hotel. The manager Ms. Brandon is so pleasant. She treats the guest and her staff very well. We felt very welcomed!!

All staff members service is beyond phenomenal and they all helped my family more than i expected making our stay very comfortable and relaxing. I wish other hotel/motel businesses had more people like them. I have no issues nor complaints about anything here , the staff made me feeling like family. My experience staying here is the reason i have extended my stay here and haven't left. They all deserve a raise.

In town for baseball, hotel was easy on & off i75, walking distance from Truist Park, & had several great restaurants close.

Staff were friendly. Sheets and bedding not provided in room for pull out. Carpeting made from feel dirty and room smelled musty/stinky. Had to open windows as the hotel is very run down and needs room upgrades. Pull out bed dirty. Location close proximity and pricing higher than quality expected.

The staff was amazing and very helpful. The condition of the room was not good, my pull out couch didn’t have a mattress in it so the cushions were leaning back. The chair had cuts in the leather, stains on the wall. Some of the wall outlets didn’t work and I had to replace my room cards three times. I was locked out the building because they demagnetize easily.

Stray Kidz Concert……..Great staff expect for one employee that coped an attitude with my daughter while I was having an emergency but got it taking care of. Great lot beautiful space right across the Truist Park, walking distance and great surroundings

Helpful and friendly reception

Friendly, helpful check in, outside of property is well kept, inside hallways could do with a good clean. Complimentary breakfast is minimal but better than nothing. I initially was worried about parking our hire car for the night in the unsecured car park but found space close to reception under a light and was happy to wake up and see the car was just fine. The room was spacious and did the trick.

Front desk staff were great, the condition of the hotel was not. Fridge wasn’t working in room and the tub mat had rust or something all over it. The pictures online show a very different place than what we arrived to. We were only there to sleep one night after the ball game otherwise I would’ve went elsewhere

This hotel is conveniently located near Truist Park but not in a busy area so not a lot of traffic in and out. Parking is easy and plentiful and included at no extra charge. It is not fancy but is modestly priced for the area.

Hotel overbooked and could not accommodate us . They had us to go to another sister location which was also very dirty and unsafe. However the staff was professional, extremely courteous especially Chris who went above and behind trying to get us a bed. Unfortunately the hotel was so dirty and unsafe we slept in the car. I would remove this hotel Immediately. A lot of homeless people living there on vouchers.

15 minute walk to Truist Park was easy to do.. The hotel itself needs work. The "Grab and Go" breakfast consisted of a choice between a chocolate muffin or an apple granola bar. They had coffee and hot water, but no tea bags/sugar/creamers. Staff very friendly. There was paint peeling in the bathroom and faucets handle was wobbly. I didn't ask for another room since i was only there for two days. The light bulb went out in the bathroom which was quickly fixed by the hotel staff.

RE: Braves Game

I was in town for the Atlanta Braves Game on Tuesday 9/24. It is like a 20-25 walk from the hotel to Truist Park. Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Front desk staff was very accommodating.

Great location for an event at Truist Park. Roxy theater also closeby. About a 20 min walk to both. Price was great for the area. Room was very clean. Easy access to I75. Safe , clean area. Room could use some cosmetic updates, but was nice overall. Excellent customer service at the front desk at check in and out.

At arrival our hotel was ready and clean. We stayed for four (4) nights and had no problems. There was a weired smell in the hallway, like they had recently dried a wet floor. Breakfast was nice but literally a grap and go as advertised, but stated each day off to a great start. Staff was nice.
