Guest Access:  
You will have private access to the entire unit throughout your stay. Keep in mind that our unit is updated, but The building is an older building and a busy high rise. This means you can hear (and sometimes smell) neighbor activity in the hallway and even through the vents.  
  
Guests will be required to check-in with the concierge in the lobby and have their ID  
scanned upon arrival. Guests are required to come and go through the lobby throughout their stay.  
  
There is a laundry room located in the basement of the building. Payment is required (credit card payment is accepted)  
  
The Neighborhood:  
Downtown Atlanta is the ultimate in urban living. From the Victorian era buildings to the brand new skyscrapers, it’s the center of action in the city. Downtown has a few distinct areas, such as Fairlie-Poplar, South Downtown, Centennial Hill and Sono. While each one has its own special flair and flavor, they all have the high powered mix of restaurants, attractions and commerce that characterizes Downtown.

Getting Around:  
Peachtree Center Marta Station is 3 blocks away. The train takes 25 minutes to the airport ($2.50), Midtown is 5 minutes, Buckhead is 10 minutes. The condo is also right next to the on-ramp for I-75/85 and I-20, so getting around by car is also very convenient. You are a 5-10 minute Uber or Lyft from anything Downtown or Midtown, traffic considering. There are BYRD scooters for rent right outside the building per availability. This condo is on the Freedom Park Trail, so you can be on the Beltline in 10 minutes.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
Guests should note that the condo is located in the heart of the city and just like other city centers in the US, there are often houseless individuals smoking drinking around the area and outside of our building. Unfortunately this is something out of our control.  
  
Also the building is under construction at the moment, so there are blowers in the floor of the lobby and in the hallways to get rid off the smells, if you find them too loud at night, you can turn them off. Our parking lot is on-site but privately owned and the third party owner is not very responsible, so you may see some trash in the area. In addition, the parking lot can get creepy at night, please find another parking lot nearby if you are not comfortable. Once more, unfortunately this is also something out of our control.  
  
AC and heating are available seasonally. The AC is a PTAC system - wall units controlled by the HOA without a thermostat. We check the weather frequently and try to notify guests if we think it can be problematic, which may happen in transition seasons like the start of Spring or Fall. If you have very high standards for the temperature, we may not be your good choice.  
  
Please remember you are in a condominium with other residents and owners. As your hosts, we try as much as we can to be available from 830am to 930pm but please note - we may be in a meeting, at a doctor's appointment, and after-hours, sleeping. If you need a lot of assistance after hours and guaranteed immediate responses during the day, this may not be the condo for you.  
  
Interaction with Guests:  
This unit is totally private! You don't have to interact with anyone apart from check in and showing your ID to the concierge. Our team is available If something should come up. Please contact us on the Airbnb platform or call our number if needed

#### AVOID AT ALL COST: Absolutely Disgusted

Rented this property for my family on an Atlanta trip. We arrived and the lady as the front desk was a pleasure but when we went to the unit, it was not clean. The windows were open to vent the smell of weed and all the beds were messed up, not changed. The bathroom has the worst smell and the toilet was nasty. When I went to the front desk to say it wasn’t clean and we weren’t staying, the lady at the front desk said, ‘is someone in your space?’ Big red flag. Then she made it seem like it was quite frequent that these units were not clean. While the unit was simplistic, it didn’t look like the photos in this listing. After trying to reach someone, they finally responded trying to give me two more units for the night but because my husband didn’t feel comfortable in this area, we left abandoning our paid for plans the next day in Atlanta. He said there was a man carrying a baseball bat looking in vehicles while I was checking in. I have spoken to someone who responded that the unit was in fact not cleaned and the referred me to Vrbo customer service. Vrbo customer service has called the same numbers I am trying to converse with but no one will respond. Please avoid this unit and listing. Clearly it is some sort of scam and apparently anyone can get into this unit before you do. I’m out hundreds because of this listing and our paid for, planned outing we missed because this place was unlivable. DO NOT MAKE MY MISTAKE… AVOID THIS LISTING.

This VBRO had a good location, and was close to a lot of stuff. The property owners were okay with responses, and sometimes it would take them hours to respond, but other times minutes. The place looked a little different then pictures, like bed sheets were different (and these ones were stiff). The place got very hot, and the AC did not work well. The beds were hard, and it was hard to sleep on. The place is right by a highway, so it is very noisy during the night. The coffee table has drink residue on them, but that was the only major cleaning issue we saw. Overall the place was not bad, and was good for a one night stay.
