It's your own little get away with off-street parking, your own private entrance and a nice, shady backyard for relaxing including your own private patio. Coffee and tea, fully-equipped kitchen; full-sized fridge, microwave, stove, desk, to compliment your stay. The space This cozy apartment is equipped with an Illy espresso maker, French press, a few spices and amenities, and plenty of pantry and closet space. The queen sized bed is tucked away behind a partial wall for privacy. The sleeper sofa is in the T. V./Living Room and sleeps 2 - studio style-no separate bedroom. Shared Washer/Dryer. There is a HEPA filter (filtration system is a separate system from upstairs). For more than 4 people, there is an extra charge of $50/night per person. Thank you! Guest access In the back, off-street parking with landscaped outside lighted stairs, to the left, leading to the private entrance/red door, below. The property is not wheelchair accessible. During your stay I am usually around for any questions or concerns, but if not, text me and I'll get back as soon as I can! Other things to note My place is a little retreat in the city! No parties, no pets, no smoking, no drugs. I live upstairs and you may hear me from time to time. I will be mindful and quiet. Ear plugs are provided in the kitchen drawer to the left of the sink. First and foremost, this is a true studio listing - absolutely not a 2 bedroom. beds are in one room with no seperation or privacy. We were aware that one bed was in the living area (couch bed) - which was so uncomfortable that we could not sleep in it. The other bed was very uncomfortable as well and also in the same room.When we arrived, after letting the host know what time we would be there, we could not get into the house and it was pouring rain on us and our 2 young children. We called several times, texted, messaged and had to wait over an hour in the rain before the host let us know that she got the code backwards. She did offer us some money for that inconvenience but it was a very hard night for our kids waiting in the rain. All in all it was the worst vacation rental our family has stayed in and i would not recommened more than 1 or 2 people staying in the studio unit and also would not recommend for more than one night if you are looking for comforable sleeping arrangments. ##### Autumn G. We were contacted at 7:07 pm (four hours past check-in) by owner that the cleaning person wasn't available and the turn around would be past check-in time, we laughed because originally we were going to go check-in and drop off our car load but then decided to stop and visit family first. So not a huge inconvenience just not very professional. Four for accuracy of listing. Yes, we knew shared laundry facility however, there was no way to lock the door into the shared area. This did not make us very comfortable. Another concerning issue was using the electricity. I can't say we have every stayed anywhere that had a note on the door about being charged extra for going over in electricity usage. We received a message that an energy alert had been sent and asked us to turn the AC off when not there and the apartment stays 'relatively cool'...Utilities are very expensive! (yes, with an exclamation mark) I do believe 'relatively cool' is an opinion and not one we shared. FYI We paid for the use of the apartment, service fees, and cleaning fees this includes usage for a very small window AC.Lastly, a three for location. Well, the street the house is located on looks to be a quite and maintained street however, one street over (both ways) NOT so much. We actually laughed that it reminded us of a mini Bourbon St....A place we don't visit and we are originally from Louisiana. Overall we stayed 2 of our 3 nights. ##### Marianne S. I arrived just after a snow/ice storm and she had cleared a path for me down to the apt. Her home was perfect for what I needed- my trip was business, but wished I could’ve explored the neighborhood a bit. Bed was comfortable, TV worked, nice work space!
