### Charming Bungalow in the Heart of Capital View ATL
This charming bungalow, built in 1925 and spruced up in 2024, is nestled in downtown ATL. The home is only a few blocks from the Beltline, and a quick hop to the Mercedes Benz Stadium. This \~1800 sq ft home is ideal for art lovers, concertgoers, and sports enthusiasts. It's drenched in natural light, decked out with high-end furnitures, and super comfy beds!
The space
Welcome to this grand and eclectic haven right in the heart of Atlanta! This place has been given a stylish update and not just a cozy retreat but also the perfect base for memorable adventures in ATL with your crew!
Inside, you’ll discover heart pine floors, sky-high 10-foot ceilings, a stylist living room, dining area, and a spacious front porch for those lazy afternoons. We’ve got three spacious bathrooms to keep things hassle-free, and you’ll snooze in comfort with a King, two Queens, one Double and two cozy bunk beds in the four bedrooms!
Our single-story layout means easy access for guests of all ages. When it’s time to chow down, our kitchen is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances. Sunlight streams through the windows, and our front porch is prime real estate for rainy day porch-sitting.
Stroll over to the Atlanta Beltline’s westside trail, and when it’s time to catch up on work or Netflix, our lightning-fast Wi-Fi has you covered!
