I booked this room because the price was reasonable. The room was clean, the floor seemed to be a bit damp,,maybe because the air conditioner was left on. People who stay here do sometimes stay on the balcony and can be in groups which can intimidate some people,,but if you are ok with that you will have a decent stay.

The room was great, had a pool and room had a massage chair was really clean area is really quiet and staff was super friendly and helpful, At first they couldn’t find my reservation and I got a little frustrated however staff was super helpful and that calmed me. Will be going back!

Overall a decent hotel. Located in a quiet little area. Not sure of the name of the nightshift staff member who was working the desk on the night we checked in but she was absolutely AMAZING. Her customer service skills were hands down some of the best I've ever seen. You could tell that she takes total pride in what she does. I only wish I was able to get her name so I could personally name her in this review.

I (using my credit card) made a reservation at the Brick Lodge Atlanta/Norcross for family for the night of 5/17/24. 1.) on the online form, I specified FIRST FLOOR due to mobility issues. 2.) I never received an email confirmation, as I had previously, and 3.) when I called the Brick Lodge to verify the reservation, I SPECIFICALLY reiterated the requirement for FIRST FLOOR. when the guests arrived, the desk clerk (not who I spoke to on 5/16) gave them a great deal of difficulty on their mobility issues (!!!) and need for a first floor entry. VERY UNHAPPY with Expedia, even though Brick Lodge is the hotel. this information should have been entered into the online registration!

Its not a great area but the hotel is well lit with an open parking lot and not too many people loitering about. My room was right by the pool so bit noisy but thats to be expected in summer. Very good service.

The room was ok. The mircowave was dirty. All has a little bit run down. I did’t want to usw the washer and dryer. For workers it‘s all right to stay here, but not for a longer holiday. For one night it was ok and really cheap.

The staff was nice and efficient but the property was on par with a Motel 6. The carpet and room were old and dingy and the room was small. The rooms are accessed from the outside, The exterior of the building looked better than the inside. Despite many visible sets of stairs outdoors, the was a small dirty elevator.

I looked the location it was in. The only problem was that i had two children with me and i got a room in the third floor which was a lot of my little ones walking up all those stairs but i loved the experience.

A good value motel. Friendly desk clerk. Basic room and furnishings. No USB ports but has electrical plugs near the bed . Pretty basic but clean and quiet. Would stay again.
