A quick 5-25 minute ride anywhere in ATL, this home is luxurious & convenient. Open living allows memories to be made while cooking delicious meals in a fully-equipped kitchen. Rest easy in one of 2 well-appointed bedrooms after a fun-filled day of exploring! Designed for small groups, couples or a family, this beautiful casita will have you at hello!! The Space: \- Open concept living includes comfy living room which opens to a 4 person dining area and gorgeous kitchen \- Primary bedroom with a queen-sized bed, dresser & spacious walk-in closet \- Guest bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, closet, and luggage rack \- Gorgeous, designer full bath with large vanity for your toiletries and soaker tub (outfitted w/ shampoo, conditioner, & body wash) \- Fully equipped kitchen includes: Stainless Steel Appliances (fridge, electric range, microwave, & dishwasher), electric tea kettle (w/ herbal teas), coffee maker (w/ regular & decaf), and toaster oven \- Front porch sitting area ideal for relaxing \- Private parking for two cars located in backyard (gravel pad) with additional street parking available for extra cars Guest Access: This rental listing includes the casita only on the property. There is a separate main house in the front, on the property, which shares a driveway but both houses are divided by a privacy fence. Each house has its own separate parking. The Neighborhood: This home sits just a short distance from one of Atlanta’s coolest neighborhoods for artists and young families, East Atlanta Village. With its many eateries and pubs, there is no shortage of things to do locally! If you're in for a quick 5 minute drive, you can access some of Atlanta's best hotspots in nearby Glenwood Park, Reynoldstown or Cabbagetown! One of Atlanta's most popular attractions, the Beltline, is easily accessible from any of these neighborhoods where you'll find beautiful street art, the iconic Krog Street Tunnel, and many eateries and attractions... not to mention, the perfect backdrop for pics/videos and an entertaining walk. We’re just a few blocks from Brownwood Park (perfect for picnics and play time). Also, just a short walk away at the corner of Ormewood Ave & Moreland is Ormewood Square which has a few delicious restaurants & shops of its own! My personal favorite coffeeshop is located just nearby, Hodgepodge Coffeehouse! In addition to some wonderful walkable amenities, this home and location is a quick drive to all of Atlanta’s other top neighborhoods and attractions. Anywhere you want to go in Atlanta is a quick 5 to 20 min drive. With proximity to Atlanta's Hartsfield-Jackson International airport, only 15 mins away, this is the perfect location for any one in town for a short or long trip. With easy access to Highway 20, you can make it to any location in Atlanta generally within 20 minutes (without traffic). Many of Atlanta's most popular attractions like: Zoo Atlanta, Fox Theater, Midtown, Peachtree City, Five Points, Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, Centennial Olympic Park, CNN Center, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Philips Arena, Atlanta Botanical Gardens, Georgia Dome, World Congress Center, Georgia Tech, Atlanta Medical Center, Buckhead, Lenox Square, Georgia State University, Clark Atlanta University, Morehouse College, Spelman College, Emory Hospital, Grady Hospital, Piedmont Hospital are all easily accessible! There is a lip at the door and rock parking made it a little hard to get inside but once inside there was planet or room to get into home and kitchen. Bathroom we had to stop at door but our adult can weight bear so only 3 steps to toilet. They did not shower there because we only stayed 2 nights.Loved the open layout. We didn’t use kitchen except to make coffee and microwave oatmeal… but looked great. Has very large fridge. Loved the white sheets and towels… easy to see cleanliness.Looks just like the pictures.Did not feel unsafe even though at the end of transitional neighborhood. Great location to access Atlanta botanical garden and Fernbank museum. Good access to restaurants and easy access to interstates. ##### Chris F.
