It was clean and in a good location for shopping and walking as it is directly on a walking trail that leads to various shops, including a Trader Joes. The appliances are very nice, the bed was comfy and there's a good sized bathroom as well. There are a few mentionables for those who are sensitive to noise as you can hear the upstairs neighbors on occasion. The sofa is very narrow so not great for TV watching for more than one person and is the only upholstered seat. The place also faces a fabrication warehouse which never bothered us but there isn't a balcony or outdoor sitting as some units may have on the other side.
