I recommend walking to the nearby Beltline trail which is lined with restaurants! An excellent location if you want to avoid driving. After we arrived by car, we were able to walk, take MARTA, or take short rideshare app rides (to the aquarium for example - a must visit!) to get around. Plenty of plates, glasses, silverware in the kitchen for our group of eight. The smell lingered on the entire 1st level for our entire stay. We especially could not use the front room because of that. Then we discovered that there weren't enough towels or silverware for the 10 of us. There was a single use Keurig that did not work properly. The pressure in the showerhead in the master bathroom was so low, you had to stand there for a long time to rinse off. They gave us about 8 ounces of body wash in the other bathroom for 4 days. Remember we had 10 people. There were no blankets to use for the sofa beds. The parking in the back really was not conducive for 4 cars. The worse thing was the hall bathtub. It was so slippery. There wasn't a mat or any kind of strips for safety. Three of us slipped, but my husband slipped, fell out of the tub, hit the toilet, and got a huge gash and bump on his lower left leg. There was an obsolete first aid kit. We had to go out and buy bandages. Also, it was not kid friendly. They had glass tables, glass nickknacks, and no plastic dishware, only glass and ceramic. To sum it all up, it wasn't the experience I expected for the amount of money I paid. ##### CAROLANNE P. The property is very well-maintained, spacious, and the four bedrooms are all fairly equal in space and comfort. If you plan to cook a large meal during your stay, you may need to supplement what is provided in the large kitchen, as the tools and equipment are fairly basic. The Keurig machine was convenient; bring your own pods if you want coffee. The two living rooms were great, as we could have football on one TV and a Christmas movie on the other. The upstairs laundry room was very convenient and allowed us to return home with clean clothes. The temperature of the home was very comfortable during our December stay, and we rarely needed to increase the heat. We did not drive down the alley to park behind the house, as it was far easier to park on the street directly in front. We had a few questions during our stay, and the customer service chat feature was fast and effective. There are some very cool restaurants, shops, and historical landmarks nearby. We particulsly enjoyed the Kitty Dare (for dinner), the shops on the Beltline, Krogg Market (upscale international food hall), and the Atlanta Botanical Gardens. The whole street is absolutely adorable. The way the listing describes the area is accurate. The walk to the beltline is not bad at all but it is also not right down the street. I have no complaints, other than parking is a little difficult if you have more than 1 car.. depending on the time of day, there may or may not be many spots on the street. We always found spots but not always right in front of the house. There is a parking spot in back but the alley to get there is pretty narrow and I wouldn't do it with anything larger than a standard car, personally. ##### Elizabeth F.
