Getting Around: One block from the Marta Station Other Things to Note: Heat & Air Conditioning; This building is ran on a central heating & air system. The building controls the thermostat, not the individual condos. It is either on heat, or air, depending on the season. Inside the rooms there are AC units. If you open the lid on top of them, inside will be a knob that will let you choose a low, medium, or high setting for the air flow. No smoking, pets, parties, or loud noises. A fine will be issued if the concierge is called to the unit for any of these reasons. This is a residential condominium so please respect your neighbors. If there is an emergency please call the host as soon as possible to resolve the issue. Check in is 4 PM and Check out is 11 AM unless previously discussed with host. Wow Atlanta was amazing! Perfect location for walking to some of the main attractions in Atlanta such as the Aquarium, World of Coca Cola and the Martin Luther King Museum. Apartment was comfortable, with a great view from the balcony (especially at sunrise). Recommend buying a City Pass if you plan to do all these (and the zoo) as it turns out cheaper. Just by chance we were there during Pride Week and the parade was right outside the apartment. So many friendly and happy people. We found a couple of minor issues in the apartment but I reported them and they were resolved within a couple of hours hence the reason I have given 5 stars for the condition. Parking is not free. The nearest car park is a pay and display but the attendant there told us we pay on exit and I got fined on top of the 35USD per day parking fee. There is another car park which is a multi storey and you pay on exit, but this is also 35USD, so if you’re staying for a week like we were it becomes expensive. I booked through Expedia but didn’t realise that it was going to go through Vrbo which had an extra fee involved. I had excellent communication from Jodie right from the minute I booked. She was also very helpful and patient when I had some issues with the payment card I was using.
