« Staff were very friendly and helpful. The guard at the front and the houseman were very accommodating of my late reservation. The room was clean (though a few areas were missed-I’ll mention in my Google review). Still no big deal, the room was cozy and well decorated and safe . Hotel is In a great area, lots of restaurants. If you’re a light sleeper, ask for a room at the back of the hotel . The water was hot and showers pressure was good . The staff here is excellent and I’ll be back . »

"Oui le séjour a été court mais fantastique j'ai apprécié le contact avec Fernanda ma concierge dans l'organisation de mes transports (aéroport et visites clients locaux) avant mon arrivée j'ai apprécié les cadeaux qui m'ont été faits j'ai apprécié les mots personnalisés écrits qui m'ont été adressés dans ma chambre par la responsable de l'établissement ainsi que par Fernanda, j'ai apprécié l'accueil au lobby par 3 personnes qui ont même fait l'effort de parler ma langue avec beaucoup de charme ainsi que le verre de Mezcal à mon arrivée Oui on se sent accueilli et tout le mode vous souri On se sent bien dans cet hôtel et le personnel semble se sentir bien également Beaucoup à dire sur les améliorations à apporter concernant les hôtels où je séjourne habituellement mais ici, plutôt beaucoup à dire sur ce qui m'a plu, ce qui est rare pour moi qui attend d'être aussi bien qu'à la maison, et je dirais que ici c'était mieux qu'à la maison... Bref je garde quelques commentaires positifs pour la prochaine fois vu ma satisfaction sur mon encadrement pour ce court séjour, comme promis lors de mon départ , je souhaite renouveller l'expérience... je viens donc de réserver 2 nuits + 1 nuit pour mon prochain voyage je souhaite juste être si possible positionné sur les étages supérieurs la prochaine fois, car cette semaine j'étais au 2 étage En idée d'amélioration, il pourrait être intéressant de considérer un discount pour les clients de l'hôtel qui souhaitent dîner au Zocalo roof top..."
