The private outdoor area includes a garden, 5 balconies, and 2 covered terraces for relaxation and enjoying the view. There is a private barbecue for outdoor dining.  
  
Free street parking is provided and pets are allowed. Beach towels and 3 bicycles are included for you to explore the area. The shared storage area accommodates motorcycles, bicycles, and skis.
