Pleasant Hill Retreat is a clean, comfortable, scenic two bedroom apartment/getaway; 1.5 baths, sleeps four adults and two youth very well. Children are welcome and with pet approval, a $35 per-pet fee per-night is charged. This place is a great hub for activities related to Ohio University, the micro breweries and restaurants of Athens, hiking trails, Strouds Run State Park, lakes, boat rentals, picnic areas, and the O.U. golf course. A 50 minute drive will take you into the heart of the Hocking Hills. Although the lake view is only a borrowed one, it does offer an amazing vista and wildlife abounds.
