Located on the first floor, the apartment is easily accessible by both stairs and an elevator.  
As you step inside, you will be welcomed by a spacious living area, thoughtfully furnished with a large, plush corner sofa-bed, a 43” smart TV, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi available throughout the property. The living room’s patio doors open onto a beautifully appointed veranda with stunning views of the city, offering the perfect space to unwind and enjoy the bustling atmosphere below.  
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, including a microwave, washing machine, and large refrigerator, catering to all your culinary needs. Whether preparing a quick meal or enjoying a leisurely breakfast, this kitchen is designed to enhance your stay.  
The master bedroom is a serene space, decorated in lively yet soothing colors, featuring a comfortable queen-size bed, a spacious wardrobe, a smart TV and a refined dressing table. Ample natural light fills the room, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere ideal for rest and relaxation.  
The second bedroom, adorned with tasteful hues, offers two cozy single beds, a smart TV, a wardrobe and an additional industrial-style clothes rack for added convenience, making it suitable for both children and adults.  
The contemporary bathroom is designed with a large walk-in shower, providing a spa-like experience, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring the city. Additionally, there is a second guest toilet conveniently located between the kitchen and the bedrooms for added convenience.  
Your stay at Zografou Azure Aura places you in one of Athens’ finest neighborhoods, filled with numerous cafes, bars, restaurants, and shops that create a lively atmosphere with plenty of entertainment options. The area is well-connected to the rest of the city by buses and the metro, making it easy to reach Athens’ major attractions. The University of Athens is just a 12-minute walk away. The historic Agios Thomas Church is only 700 meters away, and iconic sites such as Monastiraki Square and the Parthenon are just a 20-minute drive. Furthermore, a paid parking is available within walking distance.  
This prime location ensures that all your needs are within close reach, making Zografou Azure Aura the ideal choice for both business travelers and those visiting for leisure. Experience the ultimate urban luxury, where every detail is designed for your comfort and convenience.  
All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 18 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
