Welcome to the Saronida Seaside Flat, a stylish and charming apartment featuring two bedrooms and one bathroom, located on the first floor and accessible via stairs. Situated in one of the most picturesque areas of the Athenian Riviera, this apartment is perfect for those looking to combine relaxation with close proximity to the sea.  
  
Upon entering, you'll be greeted by an open-plan kitchen and living area, furnished with a large, comfortable sofa bed, an armchair, a 50" smart TV, and fast, free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. Large patio doors lead to a spacious veranda, complete with outdoor furniture, offering a lovely view of the city an ideal spot to unwind.  
  
The modern kitchen is fully equipped, featuring a Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, large refrigerator, and a sleek dining table with four chairs. It is designed to meet all your needs, whether you're preparing a quick meal or enjoying a leisurely breakfast.  
  
The master bedroom is a peaceful retreat, decorated with vibrant colors and furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed. It also includes spacious wardrobes for your convenience and ample natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The second bedroom is decorated in soft hues, offering a comfortable double sofa bed, large wardrobes, and a desk. Patio doors also lead from this room to the veranda, providing a serene outdoor view. The bathroom is modern and well-appointed, featuring a large walk-in shower with bright, contemporary design elements.  
  
Your stay at the Saronida Seaside Flat places you in a prime location with all essential amenities nearby, including supermarkets and shops for your everyday needs. The Saronida beach is just a 5-10 minute walk away, and the larger Anavyssos beach, perfect for water sports, is also close by. Major attractions, such as the Temple of Poseidon at Sounio, are just a 30-minute drive away, offering breathtaking views and a rich cultural experience. Additionally, Saronida is home to a variety of restaurants serving fresh seafood and traditional Greek cuisine, such as "Ithaki" and "Mouragio." This location combines the tranquility of seaside living with easy access to local amenities and cultural landmarks.  
  
Whether you're seeking a peaceful getaway or an adventure along the stunning Athenian coastline, the Saronida Seaside Flat promises to be the perfect setting for an unforgettable stay.  
All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 18 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
