Just 200mtrs from Acropolis. As you enter this ground floor flat you will find a beautifully designed open plan area consisting of a modern kitchen and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a comfy sofa, a 43” smart tv and free wifi throughout. The main bedroom has an ensuite with a walk in shower. The flat has been meticulously designed to boast style, comfort and upscale living. All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 18 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. Title: Extremely Disappointing Stay – Misleading Listing & Serious Cleanliness Issues I’m very disappointed with our experience at this property. The listing clearly stated on-site parking, but when we arrived, there was none—only street parking, which was very difficult to find. I notified the host immediately. Upon entering the unit with my husband and kids, we found a dead cockroach on the floor. I emailed the host right away with a photo; they apologized and said the property had recently undergone disinfestation. Unfortunately, things got worse. About two hours later, we discovered a live bed bug crawling in the unit. I sent another email with a photo, told them we were leaving immediately to find somewhere else to stay, and requested a full refund. The host refused to refund us, offering only a $150 credit, which was completely unacceptable given the conditions and the fact that we could not stay there. Overall, this was a very upsetting and stressful experience for my family.
