This amazingly luxurious Villa is located in a peaceful neighborhood in the North suburbs of Athens, surrounded by Athens also posh areas of Politeia and Ekali. Close to Ekali Club, Sunny Tennis Club and E1 National road, it is walking distance to Nea Erythraia and Kifissia main shopping areas. While on a luxurious North suburbs style Villas housing complex with a large sized shared swimming pool, it remains ultra private with its own entrance, home cinema, private bbq, corner garden and indoor parking.  
  
The space  
Modern, luxurious and fully equipped spacious villa uniquely located in a corner piece of land - 500 square meters - with an exquisite garden featuring an outdoor private barbecue (bbq). It belongs to a well built luxurious North suburbs style Villas housing complex with a large sized shared swimming pool in the middle. For VIP reasons, it is ultra private with its own entrance, in house lift (access to all floors, apart from the attic), private bbq, corner garden and indoor parking. The villa's private corner garden, also featuring a hammock and an outdoor barbecue, is easily accessible from the villa's kitchen, as it is also located at the garden level (ground level). As featured, the kitchen is also directly linked to the shared swimming pool, equipped with sun beds, showers and all pool related amenities. The lower level has two extra bathrooms, an extra living room which couples as a bedroom, a work-study with a WiFi printer, a separate laundry room, and of course a not to miss 5:1 Dolby Home Cinema with a massive 75" Samsung Smart TV.
