Nikis 20 Suites lies in a part of town that is really exciting. Lots of restaurants and bars, lots of folks on the streets. Having said that, it can get quite noisy, but our room had really well insulated windows. The little kitchenette is a big plus. Do not attempt to use a car to come to this place. Parking is impossible or incredibly expensive at some parking garages in the vicinity. We had to use the Metro to get to the airport the next morning, and the next station was just a few minutes away on foot. Great place for a reasonable price

The bed was broken, halfway sinking in on arrival. It was extremely uncomfortable to sleep in. There was a loud hammering sound from inside the building that happened constantly through the entire night, loud enough that white noise couldn’t muffle it. The property is conveniently near a Metro station and many bars/restaurants in a walkable area.

Loved that the location was walkable to all the sights, especially Acropolis and Plaka. Wonderful dining options right at your doorstep. Bathroom is very small. Space between toilet and counter is very tight. Sofa is very uncomfortable I wish they added a couple of chairs. Would stay again.

Near to Syntagma square where you can easily access to Athene Airport with X95. Some of facility were in broken condition such as shower head and towel hanger. But overall it was very clean and good condition. Thanks for a free wine. Good price for two night stay. highly recommendable.

Apartment was cute & roomy for our needs. Bed was comfortable & AC was great. Perfect location for all our activities. Only drawback was a very loud club/bar on Friday night until 2a. And plan ahead for your shower. You have to push a button for hot water 20 mins later. Overall, a good place for our stay in Athens. Bonus: restaurant downstairs (Athena Cooks) is Excellent!

We like how it has a refrigerator, microwave, plates and forks and spoons. It was kind of noisy especially very early in the morning, we heard street noises and business people conversations, business people coming and going. We did not like how we couldn’t leave our luggage before check-in and after check-out. We had to pay storage fees across the street to store our luggage. Normally at a hotel setting they allow you to leave your luggage before check-in and after check-out time.

Följande saknades enligt beskrivning: Ingen spishäll, ugn, grytor, arbetsområde för laptop, brödrost, regndusch. Hushållspapper tog slut, endast halv kyl med litet frysfack, toalettartiklar/schampo bestod av billig "2 in 1" och tvål som var utspädd ur en trasig tvålbehållare. Bäddsoffan var stenhård och knölig, bad om bäddmadrass första dagen och fick ett positivt svar, tyvärr lyckades de inte uppfylla löftet trots flera meddelanden både via Hotels och What's Up. Vi önskade också hjälp var sopor från toaletten skulle kastas men fick svar att kasta dessa i soptunnan i lägenheten - inte jättefräscht precis.

This place is lovely and located right in the heart of the Plakta district. Everything is walkable from here. The Metro is close by and the Acropolis is very close. Love this place. Super clean and comfortable.

とても素敵なお部屋でした。 清掃も綺麗にされていたし、 インテリアもおしゃれでした。 建物の外観の情報などがなく、 看板などもないので、 見つけるのに少し苦労しました。 入室の手順など詳細をメッセージでくださったので、建物に辿り着いた後は非常にスムーズでした。 エレベーターがかなりレトロで驚きました。 問題はないです。 事前メッセージで温水についての説明もありましたが、私がちゃんと読んでおらず すぐにシャワーが使えずに苦労しました。 温水の準備だけは、入室後すぐにすることをお勧めします。 建物周辺は飲食店街でした。 食べ物には困りませんでした。 アクロポリスまでも徒歩15分〜20分ほどで、 かなり好立地な宿でした。 また機会があればお世話になりたいです。
