Ideal place to explore the sights of the city. The apartment has just been luxuriously renovated, has air conditioning, equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, 1 bedroom with double bed, living room with 2 sofas/large single beds, work area with desk and WiFi 100Mb/s, bathroom with cabin and hydromassage system. Distance from the Acropolis, 3 metro stops. The apartment has just been renovated with new facilities and equipment and is particularly family friendly. It has large windows facing the street, with light and a view of the beautiful garden of the Archaeological Museum and access to it is from the main entrance of the apartment building, going down a few steps to the renovated semi-basement. It is equipped with black out blinds that ensure absolute privacy, electric roller shutters and double glazing in the windows that offer peace and security and a cooling-heating air conditioning system works in all areas. Entry is by electronic key card. In the apartment, a fire detection system, a fire extinguisher, a carbon monoxide detection system, an alarm, a security door, a video doorbell, an emergency exit sign and a security light have been installed and are operating for the protection and safety of guests. Distance from Acropolis 3 metro stops, from Syntagma 2 metro stops, from Monastiraki and Plaka 1 metro stop Distance from the airport 30' by car. Distance of the apartment from Omonoia metro stop 9' on foot and from Victoria metro stop 4' on foot, on a flat route. Paid private parking at a distance of 1' from the accommodation. The apartment is located in the Exarchia district, between 2 metro stops. Victoria metro station is a 4' walk away and Omonoia metro station is a 9' walk away from the property. The most important sights and districts of the city, Exarchia, Archaeological Museum, Omonia, University, National Garden, Syntagma, Monastiraki, Plaka, Acropolis, Thisio, are also accessible from the accommodation on foot at a distance of 1´ to 30´. The apartment is located in a central and nice area, between shops, restaurants, bars and beautiful hotel roof gardens with a magnificent view of the Acropolis, Lycabettus and all of Athens. It is also located in a historical area, directly opposite the Archaeological Museum of Athens, the largest in Greece with a huge collection of important exhibits from all over Greece. Also, in the garden and inside the Museum area you will find very nice cafe-restaurants.
