Downtown Penthouse N° 5 is a unique 90m² Loft, with a private heated pool on a 50m² exclusive roof garden overlooking Acropolis and Technopolis, a breath away from the archaeological sites of Athens, 50m from the Kerameikos metro station. Plunge into the pool with the amazing views, lie down on the lounger and drink your cocktail, sleep on Egyptian cotton sheets, relax in the sofa watching SAT TV. It would be our honor to host you. Yannis & Rena This is a two-storey loft with internal staircase and high ceilings consisted by one living room, one kitchen, one bedroom, one bathroom and a WC. It has enormous balconies in every level and it’s unique feature is the private pool on the roof garden that can be accessed through the top balcony. Let’s see the details: • Private heated pool (175 square feet), • Roof garden with fantastic views to Acropolis and Technopolis. It has 2 loungers and a big sofa where you can relax and enjoy your cocktails watching the beautiful sunset, • Comfortable Italian design sofa and chair and a flat 49inch smart tv with a satellite tv , Netflix and a lot of free satellite channels. My husband and I were very happy with our stay, albeit too short. The condominium is a well thought out space that is efficient and comfortable. Yannis, the host was extremely gracious, responsive to questions and accommodating. The rooftop pool is a bonus and of course the view of the Acropolis is stunning. With the jet lag, we both found ourselves awake at 2:30am and swiftly found ourselves at the pool to to view the grandeur of the beautifully lit Acropolis.
