Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, listen to the beautiful singing birds in the morning while enjoying a cup of coffee on the porch, quiet, calm and cozy!!!  
this beautiful apartment is only 15 min from Athens, definitely gorgeous.  
easy access to town, only 15 min from town square, library, schools, banks, salons, antique malls, parks, winery’s and restaurants.  
And taco truck Fridays! Every froday from 5-8 at TVCC college parking lot.  
The space  
This is a beautiful back yard apartment that shares a 1.75 acres with a front house that’s being remodeled, and an rv that will be removed soon. beautiful tall trees squirrels and singing birds visiting the propriety early mornings while you enjoy a cup of coffee.  
  
Apartment has a full size bed in the bedroom and a twin size next to the kitchen/ for extra sleeping space or luggage space, see pictures for details,  
Your welcome to use any of the items in the apartment as they all are for guest use, toaster, blender, microwave, stove, coffee maker, coffee, extra clean sheets, towels, and blankets on the shelf, a few books and board games, perfect for someone coming to the area for work or visiting family and needing a private place to stay.
