The apartment has recently been renovated. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a TV set with cable channels in all bedrooms and living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, oven and a washing machine. One of its bedrooms has ensuite bathroom with a shower. A high-speed Wi-Fi is accessible in all areas of the apartment. Air conditioning is available in all rooms. The apartment is overlooking a quiet neighborhood road from its balcony. guests can use all rooms and facilities in the apartment Places of special interest like archeological museums, art museums and galleries are also found in Kolonaki. The Benaki Museum, inside a preserved neoclassical manor house, and the Goulandris Museum of Cycladic Art are two of the finest private collections in the country. Two smaller museums are in Kolonaki, the History of Greek Costume and the Theater Museum, both highly specialized in their respective areas. A walk across the street of Vasilissis Sofias Avenue are the Byzantine and the War Museums of Athens. Also, worth walking through is the Royal Botanical Garden. The Lycabettus Funicular railway links Kolonaki to the summit of Lycabettus hill. Syndagma square, Acropolis, Kallimarmaro, Lycabettus hill, Keramikos, Agora and many more are within a walking distance. Kolonaki is one of the capital\`s leading shopping areas, it includes several high-end boutiques from young adult to casual fashion to prestigious haute couture from Greek and international designers. One of its main attraction shopping streets, Voukourestiou Sreet, is known for its jewellery. Evangelismos metro station is in a walking distance with a direct line from and to the airport. Syntagma square and Plaka are a 15min walk from the apartment. There are several bus routes passing by Leoforos Vasilissis Sofias, towards any destination in Athens. We can arrange with an extra charge pick up service (taxi or mini bus for 7 or 9 people) from and to the airport or Piraeus harbor. Check-in is at 15:00 o’clock. Check-out is at 11:00 o’clock. Please respect the neighbors and the resting hours, especially during summertime (15:00 – 17:30 and 23:00 - 08:00). Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. No pets are allowed in the premises. Windows must be closed / locked when not in the house. Please do not leave lighting and air-conditioning on when leaving the premises. We respect the envinromment and we will be glad to join us. The appartment was clean and beautifully decorated. We had a family of 6 (grand parents and a family of 4) staying for 2 nights. We had plenty of space for everyone, although note that we ate out for our meals. They arranged transfer for us to/from the the airport and to/from Pareaus. Everything was easy and taken care of for us. Such a cute neighborhood, just a short walk from amazing restaurants and some shops. A quick drive/taxi to the Acropolis.There are 2 things I would say could have made it perfect: 1) We didnt realize the breaker on the hot water heater needed to be turned on. Haha, everyone took a rather chilly shower the first day.2) It was so hot outside. It would have been a nice touch if the host (who met us at the poroerty for check in, and was so lovely!) would have turned on the AC right before we got there. Zur Metro geht es in wenigen Minuten die Stufen bergab und von da aus ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten mitten in die spannende Geschichte Athens. Die voll ausgestattete Küche hat eine sehr kleine Esstheke, für ein schnelles Frühstück ausreichend.
