The spacious and bright rooms on both floors (3rd and 4th), the huge bedroom of 45 sq.m. on the upper floor, and the two balconies with south and west orientation - so that you can find some shadow outdoors at any time of the day- plus the hidden quiet garden at the back of the building with the swimming pool are some of the advantages that you will ascertain from the first moment at the place. Besides all these, the property is located just 2km away from the seafront and the commercial area and 1 km away from the metro station Elliniko and the big Supermarkets on Vouliagmenis Avenue ( Lidl and Sklavenitis). This Avenue connects the south suburbs to the center of Athens.   
 Yje distance from Glyfada Center to Acropolis is about 16km. Glyfada is also famous for its athletic activities (golf, padel, sailing, gym club, swimming, cycling), its commercial center, its gastronomy (kitchens of the world), and its night life.
