Your villa is situated on a secluded 800-square-meter plot, divided into two 400-square-meter sections. You will enjoy exclusive access to one of these land plots.

The two villas are connected only by a road, and a 2-meter-high fence ensures privacy between them.  
  
Accommodating a maximum of 5 guests, this picturesque escape boasts 2 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 baths, providing an ideal combination of comfort and elegance. Perfect for a family vacation, it offers a spacious garden and a private pool, all just 1km away from Athens' largest sandy beach.
