Petit appartement très bien situé, à 15 minutes à pied de l'Acropole. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire et facilité de prise de possession des lieux grâce à de très bonnes explications claires et efficaces. Studio bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Possibilité de cuisiner : idéal pour le petit déjeuner. Literie correcte.La vue depuis notre appartement n'était cependant pas très belle, ( elle donne sur une petite cour entourée d'immeubles) et la chambre n'était pas très lumineuse. Cela n'a pas été gênant, puisque nous n'y étions pas pour passer la journée, mais pour visiter Athènes. Le seul inconvénient pour nous a été le parking pour notre voiture, puisqu'il a fallu chercher une place dans la rue. C'est gratuit, mais très difficile à trouver et ce n'est pas sécurisé. En résumé, si on n'est pas motorisé, c'est une très bonne adresse.

Such lovely fresh and clean accommodation. All finishes top class which made our stay so enjoyable. We really appreciated our host, Laszlo’s care and response to all our requests he was so thoughtful and always followed through. Great location too - near enough to tourist spots but far enough to feel a little like a local for our visit.

Tranquillité à Athènes
Très joli secteur à une dizaine de minutes du Musée de l'Acropole. Café Lostre pas loin pour prendre un bon café le matin. Très bel appartement, fenêtres qui coupent le bruit de l'extérieur et, très propre. Réponse rapide aux questions et aide pour le transport. Seuls bémols : pas de cafetière et la fan de la salle de bain qui fonctionne longtemps après que la lumière de la salle de bain soit éteinte.

Very small apartment in an okay neighborhood!
The whole property is clean and well maintained and the apartment has what is needed being one person. If I was with someone I would not stay here because it's very small. Has two single beds put together with two single bed sheets and comforters so for those couples that want to cuddle at night one comforter will not cover you both. The area is okay and not far from the attractions but I decided to stay longer and chose an apartment on the other side of the main road and I like the neighborhood better. For the cost I feel it was not a good value.

Dear Ronald,Thank you for your opinion. However, there are errors and assumptions, not real evaluations. Here are the wyh's: The bed is one double bed, NOT two twins together. This is fact, hard to argue with that. The assumtion what would happen if you'd travel with someone is not adequate, as you travelled alone, so you were comfortable in the studio. It's like I write a bad review for a rental car because it's not big enough to carry my entire family, but I was alone on a business trip. What??? Thank you anyway. BRLaszlo

Highly recommend -- close to Acropolis.
The apartment was excellent in every way. Clean, well-furnished, all amenities available. Communication with the owner was clear, easy access to check in and out. Owner set up a place for us to store our luggage after we checked out (we were not leaving for a number of hours), and arranged a taxi for us to the airport. The apartment is within easy walking distance of the Acropolis, etc., with many fine restaurants nearby. Bonus -- on Monday morning a vendor market set up on the street right outside the door! Had everything you might want. Highly recommend!

9/15/21- Pros- Strong wifi, modern updated features, mini fridge, electric 2 burner stove, large bathroom, good water pressure, high ceilings, recessed can lighting, firm comfortable bed. Quiet at night! Location is good. 7 minute walk from metro station. Good email instructions on self-checkin. AC strong and worked well. Cons- location on a hill, small sink, hot water only lasts 13 minutes. No balcony. Very hard parallel parking if driving. Note- 0.7 mile walk to Lidl, but there are many small grocery stores in a 4 block radius.

I did not know that you had problem with the hot water. I'd be more than happy to check and fix if necessary. :( Parking in big cities is always an issue. Dinostratus House is an excellent value. Just 6 or so blocks away from the Akropolis Museum, and the Plaka neighborhood it is centrally located. The rooms are attractive and spotlessly clean and come equipped with refrigerator, microwave, etc. Communication with and from the owner was excellent. The self check-in process was a breeze and the premises feel very secure. I highly recommend these accommodations.

Both are on the normal height, so I guess you must have been too tall. :) Safe is not provided, however it is not advertised also. An enjoyable stay in modern clean appartments which had all facilities. Within a 3min walk there is a mini-market and a great bakery! Dinostratus House exceeded expectations and would happily go back!

Dinostratus House is literally a stone’s throw from the Acropolis and many other historical sites in Athens. The apartments are recently renovated, clean and bright. The beds were comfy and the hosts very responsive. Would definitely recommend Dinostratus House to others.

Otele giriş ve çıkış sistemi güzeldi. Resepsiyon yok, ancak mail yoluyla her an iletişim halindesiniz ve açıklamaları çok güzeldi. Oteli bulma, odaya gitme konusunda hiç sorun yaşamadık. Oda küçüktü, ancak şirindi. Banyo genişti. Temiz ve yeni gibiydi. Duvarlarda az miktarda çizikler mevcuttu, ancak hiç sorun değildi. Mutfak oldukça küçüktü, ancak işimizi gördü. Yemek yiyebilmek için küçük bir masa sandalye grubu vardı. İhtiyaçlarımızı karşılamak için her şey vardı. Biz 3 gece kaldık, oda hiç temizlenmedi, havlu ve çarşaflar hiç değişmedi. Ancak bunu sorun etmedik. Banyodaki havalandırma biraz gürültülü çalışıyordu, bunun dışında memnun olmadığımız hiçbir nokta yok. Otel sygrou-fix durağına çok yakın. Ya da bizim gibi acropolise yürüyerek de gidebilirsiniz, yaklaşık 15 dk sürdü. Yakınlarda bir market olduğunu haritadan bakarak gördük. Sygrou-fix durağının orda yemek mekanları da mevcut.

I really like the property it was within walking distance to everything I needed there are little cafés and shops very close by, you feel like you are staying in a nice area of Greece. It was perfect for me I was travelling alone and I didn’t know anything about Athens before I landed. I would definitely recommend it I felt safe in that area and I would stay there again next time I came to Athens. The room was clean it was well thought out it had been recently renovated so everything was new, there is a small kitchen there is a fridge and a little cook top, the bathroom is new, there is a TV that you can watch while you are lying in bed it was great - Just perfect for the four days I spent in Athens.

The rooms, although small, were very nice. My room was spotless, warm, and inviting. I especially love having access to a stove and a microwave. There was a mixup when it came to checking in but it was quickly and easily solved. Whether I called or emailed, they picked up right away. Also, you can't beat a ten minute walk to the Acropolis. If I'm ever in Athens again, I'll definitely be staying here.
